China Glaze Laser Lime

Day 2 of my week of green brings you Laser Lime from the new China Glaze Tronica collection.  Tronica is the new holographic collection which is exclusive to Sally's Beauty Supply and its sister company for professionals only, Cosmoprof.
Laser Lime is the perfect name for this polish.  It is a lime green color with holographic effect in the sun.  The holo leans fairly red/orange to my eye, but it works well with the green.

Formula and application were both lovely and allowed for a super quick mani change.  When you're in a hurry, smooth application is very helpful.  I used China Glaze Strong Adhesion base coat, 3 coats Laser Lime, and Seche Vite top coat.  Top coat can somewhat dull the holographic effect so you might want to skip one.  On its own Laser Lime dries fairly quickly.
I'm going to post photos in a different order to show the best look last.  In the shade, LL is a pretty color, but nothing special or unique.

Inside you can start to see the potential in the polish.  How much the holo shows indoors will of course depend on how strong the lighting is.

Outside in the sunshine is where this color really pops.

See how the dots of color come out?  Make sure you click the photo to enlarge it and get the full effect.  If you look closely, you should be able to even see some linear holo effect, straight lines of rainbow color, as well as the scattered effect.
