China Glaze Hanging in the Balance

Today I have another creme from the China Glaze Cirque du Soleil collection for all of you.

Hanging in the Balance is a bright cerulean blue creme.  There's a touch of green in the polish, but not enough to bring this anywhere close to teal.  Application was pretty good, but the formula was a little on the thin side.  If I had too much polish on the brush I experienced some pooling around my cuticles and the edges of my nails.  I used 1 coat of Hanging in the Balance over Finger Paints base coat and no top coat for these photos.

Of the creme/jelly polishes I've tried from this collection so far, Hanging in the Balance is my favorite.  I love the color and how shiny it is without top coat.
